To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7- 10 business days.
3. Exchange Process:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at vandanathavai49@gmail.com with your order details. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and additional shipping charges may apply.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping Costs:
For eligible returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
6. Non-Refundable Items:
